Fees

I work on a fee for service basis and offer appointments in-person, and online via a secure Telehealth platform for individual therapy. I do not offer couples therapy online, only in person.

Please see my rates below. In some cases counselling may be covered by your employee benefit plan. Please check with your service provider. I do not offer direct billing services to insurance providers.

50 minute individual appointment - $180

75 minute individual appointment - $260

75 minute couple's therapy appointment - $290

Payment

I accept cash, cheque, or e-transfers. Cash, or cheque payment is due on the day of the appointment, either at the beginning, or end of the session. E- transfers are to be paid before the session. I will issue a receipt.

Cancellation Policy

I require 48 hours (2 business days) notice for cancellations, or rescheduled appointments, otherwise the appointment will be charged at the full rate. Missed appointments will be charged at the full rate.
